1General Terms & Conditions

Okay Baazi (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", or "us") is an online Sports Betting service operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Okay Baazi and its users.

These terms and conditions have been prepared in Bangla so our Bangladeshi users can understand them easily. It is your responsibility to read this entire document before opening an account on Okay Baazi.

• Okay Baazi reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
• Users will be notified by email or via the platform before any changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use the betting services on Okay Baazi:

• Users must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age.
• You must register your account with accurate and complete information.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility.
• Completing KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory.

Verification Process

After registration, Okay Baazi will verify the information you provided. Withdrawals may be limited until verification is complete. The verification process generally takes 24–48 hours.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on Okay Baazi. We support local payment methods to make things easier for our Bangladeshi users.

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200.
• Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• Technical issues may take up to 1 hour to resolve.
• No service charge applies on deposits.

Withdraw

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be held pending until KYC verification is completed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if suspicious activity is detected.

4Betting Rules

The following rules apply equally to all users when placing bets on Okay Baazi. Adhering to these rules ensures a fair and enjoyable betting environment for everyone.

• Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be cancelled — however, the cash-out feature may be used if available.
• The minimum bet amount is BDT 10; the maximum bet amount varies by event.
• Okay Baazi reserves the right to set maximum limits on any bet.
• Bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds may be voided.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change, and the odds at the time of confirmation are final.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

Result Determination

All event results are determined based on announcements by internationally recognised sports authorities. In the event of a dispute over results, Okay Baazi's decision shall be considered final.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Okay Baazi offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms that must be read before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available to newly registered members only and can be claimed once.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must first meet the applicable wagering requirements.
• Genuine winnings from bets placed with bonus balance may be withdrawn.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses across multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Okay Baazi reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.

6Prohibited Activities

Okay Baazi is committed to maintaining a fair and safe betting environment. Involvement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of balance:

• Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same individual.
• Creating an account using false or inaccurate information.
• Involvement in match-fixing or manipulation.
• Using software or bots to gain an unfair betting advantage.
• Money laundering or any transactions involving illicit funds.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.

7Account Suspension & Closure

Okay Baazi reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent or deceptive behaviour.
• Upon direction from law enforcement authorities.
• If there has been no account activity for an extended period.

If an account is closed, Okay Baazi will consider refunding any valid balance; however, balances may be forfeited in cases involving prohibited activity.

8Responsible Betting

Okay Baazi believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We take the wellbeing and happiness of our users seriously.

• Each user can set deposit and betting limits on their own account.
• You can take a temporary break (cooling-off period) whenever needed.
• Permanent self-exclusion is also available — contact Support to request it.
• If you're struggling with betting, we strongly encourage you to seek professional help.

9Privacy & Data Protection

Okay Baazi treats the privacy of your personal information as its highest priority. Any details you provide are used solely for the purpose of delivering our services.
